/ GOVERNED AI ENGINEER
/ INTENT IN, VERIFIED CHANGES OUT
/ YOU STAY IN CHARGE
Turn intent into production-ready changes without becoming an AI engineer. Shedu’s governed harness directs the work, verifies the evidence, and stops anything that fails its controls.
You stay in charge. The machinery handles the rest.
What It Actually Does
You approve a short brief at the top of the clock. Everything between there and a shipped change is machinery. Click any station to see what it does.
Twelve stations · click any one
You state the objective and approve a short brief. That is the last routine human step until the work is finished.

How It Holds
Three of the twelve stations are model gates — the spec, the prompt and the resulting diff — each audited by two reviewers from different frontier labs working from byte-identical payloads, with a third model adjudicating any deadlock. A gate closes only on an unconditional pass from both. “Pass with conditions” is not a pass.
Nothing is designed until a guard proves the capability doesn’t already exist. Nothing reaches a reviewer until it clears admissibility and cost preflight. Nothing reaches you until twenty-four hard-fail conditions have run against the real diff with no model in the loop. And no verdict counts unless it verifies against a signing key the builder never holds.
The only integration failure this system has ever suffered was executed by a human, by hand, at the one step nothing was watching. Every commit, merge and push now runs through a single gateway with six preconditions no flag can skip — the operator included. Autonomy is earned in measured steps, and one requirement is recorded evidence of the gate correctly saying no.
Every change to Shedu goes round the same dial before it ships. If it doesn’t hold for us, it doesn’t hold for you.
